You may know me from our DIY Peking Duck classes at the Varsity Community Association, but my professional life is dedicated to a different kind of "recipe" - the one that allows Calgary seniors to age in place with dignity and comfort.
My goal is to share information and provide a roadmap for the journey ahead.
